HELLO AND WELCOME TO MY BLOG! Allow me to introduce myself... My name is Hazel Mills and I wear many hats. Wife, mother, author, poet, cat lover, friend, daughter, editor, etc. and so on. I was born, raised and educated in the South but enjoy traveling to various parts of the country to check out how other folks do things. I named my blog Magnolias and Sweet Tea because these two things have been constants in my life for as long as I can remember. We always had a magnolia tree in our yard (I still do) and I absolutely adore sweet tea (the kind that tastes like liquid diabetes). What can you expect to find on Magnolias and Sweet Tea? Well, honey, I'm glad you asked. You will find my thoughts on EVERYTHING including current events, entertainment news, author interviews, restaurant reviews, so on and so forth. The only thing you probably won't find too much of are my thoughts on sports because, as you'll soon discover, I only care about two teams, the Alabama Crimson Tide(Roll Tide) and the New Orleans Saints (Who Dat?). If it doesn't involve one of those two teams, I don't pay much attention to it. I love to hear from my readers so feel free to leave your comments. Well, that's pretty much it.
